AWEC is a purpose-built equestrian centre located in Thurgoona, Albury NSW, spanning approximately 97 hectares of versatile equestrian grounds.
Conveniently positioned just 5 minutes from the Hume Highway, AWEC offers easy access for local riders, travelling horse owners, clinics, competitions and major events — including float, truck and semi-trailer access.
Known for our welcoming cross-country course and diverse training facilities, AWEC caters to riders across multiple disciplines, from grassroots riders through to high-level competition.

Equestrian events are what we do best.
From horse trials, showjumping, dressage, mounted games, polocrosse and training clinics — AWEC is a highly versatile venue capable of hosting events across a wide range of equestrian disciplines.
Our facility is also suitable for selected non-equine events, including school cross country events, expos and outdoor community functions.
