AWEC’s cross country course is available for current AWEA members to school on throughout the year, subject to weather conditions, maintenance and private event bookings.
Cross country access is a fantastic way to school horses, build confidence and prepare for competition in a professionally maintained environment.
Cross Country Course Use
All riders using the cross country course must complete a booking prior to riding.
The booking fee is $10 per horse, per session.
To make things easier for riders bringing multiple horses within the same time period, we offer the following booking options:
XC Course – 1 Horse
$10 per session
XC Course – 2 Horses
$20 per session
XC Course – 3 Horses
$30 per session
These options allow riders to complete one booking and one payment for multiple horses.
The booking requirement applies to all riders, including agistees and members, and bookings must be completed prior to riding.
Important Information:
• XC access is available to current AWEA members only
• Non-members are welcome to join via our membership portal for access
• Coaches running clinics where participants are not all AWEA members must arrange private hire
• A current Certificate of Currency is required for private clinic hire
• Course closures may apply due to weather, maintenance or private bookings
• Members will be notified of closures and facility updates via Global email communications
• Riders use the course at their own risk and must comply with AWEC facility rules at all times
